Westbrook Estate

Westbrook Estate is set to transform Tarneit into a thriving community, and DPM Consulting Group is at the forefront of this remarkable transformation. A master planned community, Westbrook Estate consists of 3,500 residential allotments including local community parks, sporting reserves, a town centre and primary & secondary schools.

A sustainable approach to urban development

The site is home to significant infrastructure, including major branch sewers, arterial roadworks, large constructed waterways, stormwater harvesting, and a grade separation over the Regional Rail Link. DPM Consulting Group has played a crucial role in planning and designing these major infrastructure elements, with construction already underway on some of them. Coupled with ongoing subdivision design, this has made Westbrook one of the fastest developing estates in Melbourne’s West.

Westbrook Estate: A central hub for growth

Nestled just 24 kilometres from Melbourne’s bustling CBD, Westbrook Estate is strategically positioned at the heart of one of Melbourne’s fastest-growing communities. Surrounded by an abundance of schools and childcare centres, Westbrook offers families an educational haven in close proximity.

The convenience of local shopping is at your doorstep, with Tarneit Central Shopping Centre just across the road and Pacific Werribee less than 5 kilometers away, providing a diverse range of retail options. For easy access to the northern suburbs, Bendigo, and Ballarat, the Western Ring Road is nearby. Alternatively, a straight drive down Leakes Road connects you to the West Gate Freeway, leading to the CBD or Geelong.

For those who prefer sustainable commuting options, Westbrook offers a railway station with an effortless 30-minute ride to the city. Westbrook Estate embraces the essence of convenience, making it an ideal place to live, work, and play.

Stormwater management strategy

Our commitment to responsible water management is reflected in every facet of Westbrook Estate. Our partnership with Dennis Family Corporation (DFC) has led to the creation of a comprehensive stormwater strategy for the entire development.

A key component of this strategy is the design and construction of several drainage scheme assets, in line with the Melbourne Water Development Services Scheme (DSS). Notably, the wetlands and retarding basins, which have been constructed and are now operational, blend seamlessly into the landscape while performing their essential role in effective stormwater management.

Furthermore, we have played a significant role in the design and construction of the Forsyth Rd Drain channel, along with several culvert crossings and intersections. Our dedication to collaborating with various stakeholders ensures that Westbrook Estate not only fulfils but surpasses community expectations.

Project execution and management

The journey of transforming Westbrook Estate from a mere concept to a tangible reality demands careful planning and execution. This is where our expertise in project management shines. Our dedicated team has been working relentlessly to ensure that every facet of Westbrook is in harmony with our vision and lives up to the high standards set by DFC.
