Mal McCann brings more than two decades of consulting experience to DPM, with a career spanning land development, transport, water infrastructure and civil engineering delivery. As a Chartered Civil Engineer, Mal is known for his technical excellence, strategic thinking and client-first mindset. Throughout his career, he has led the planning and delivery of complex, multidisciplinary projects across Queensland, contributing to major urban developments and critical infrastructure upgrades that support the region’s growing communities. His leadership style is rooted in collaboration and quality, and he is passionate about delivering projects that balance commercial outcomes, community needs and sustainability. Mal’s appointment signals DPM’s ongoing commitment to engineering excellence and meaningful partnerships in Queensland.
