Mathew Davoli – Senior Project Engineer
Mathew Davoli joins DPM as a Senior Project Engineer, bringing a strong background in civil infrastructure construction and project management. With extensive experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, Mathew has successfully led the delivery of major infrastructure projects across Victoria.
His expertise includes managing road duplications, industrial subdivisions and large-scale infrastructure developments, ensuring seamless execution from planning to completion. Mathew has a deep understanding of Department of Transport and Planning specifications, compliance requirements and risk assessment strategies, which will be useful across several of DPM’s largest ongoing projects.
Mathew also holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Hons), a Bachelor of Business (Management) and a Diploma in Project Management, equipping him with the technical and strategic expertise to drive excellence across our business.
Prior to joining DPM, Mathew worked with Winslow Infrastructure, where he played a key role in high-profile projects, including the Lathams Road Upgrade and the Leakes Road Upgrade. His ability to navigate complex engineering challenges while optimising costs helped to create successful outcomes for these projects, something we know he will be able to continue with here at DPM Consulting Group.
Shaun Prasad – Construction Engineer
Joining us as a Construction Engineer, Shaun Prasad brings extensive experience in civil construction and project management. His strong focus on safety, sustainability and quality management systems aligns perfectly with DPM’s commitment to delivering sustainable land development projects.
Shaun has contributed to the successful delivery of major developments such as Botanical Estate, Bluestone Estate and the O’Herns Road Upgrade. His expertise in contract delivery, stormwater management and construction estimating enables him to optimise project timelines while ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with all relevant industry standards.
Shaun’s academic credentials include a Bachelor of Applied Science (Construction Management) (Hons) and a Diploma in Building & Construction (Management), reinforcing his comprehensive understanding of civil engineering principles and best practices.
With previous roles at Australian Civil Industries and Symon Bros Constructions, Shaun has held leadership positions that have refined his ability to oversee large-scale projects, manage construction teams and deliver outstanding results. We’re thrilled to have him join the DPM Consulting Group team and believe that he will create outstanding, successful relationships with our clients moving forward.
