Our program
You will work across a range of residential, commercial and industrial land development projects, contributing to both water resources and civil design outcomes.

Let's talk about you
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
A Bachelor of Engineering (Civil or Environmental)
Experience in civil design and stormwater engineering for land development projects
Capability preparing Stormwater Management Plans and Engineering Services Reports
Practical experience with stormwater analysis and design tools such as DRAINS and MUSIC
Exposure to hydrological and hydraulic modelling software including RORB, TUFLOW or HEC RAS
Strong CAD skills using AutoCAD, 12D or similar
Experience preparing high quality technical reports, drawings and documentation
Confidence working with councils, authorities, clients and multidisciplinary teams
Sound understanding of Australian stormwater and drainage design principles; familiarity with Melbourne Water standards and guidelines (including Constructed Wetlands and Waterway Design Manuals) desirable.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A proactive mindset, strong time management and attention to quality
The ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute positively to team culture
Salary package will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
