This is Melbourne’s first totally private golf club community. Comprising of approximately 1500 Lots.

Nestled among the Champions Golf course the development is characterised by an abundance of open space and manicured parklands.

The open space and parklands are strategically placed and incorporated into the overall strategy for drainage and wetland design, DPM developed a detailed understanding and balance between the natural environment and the constructed environment in order to maintain the synergy within the development.

A Stormwater Management Strategy was developed that maintains water quality and water flow through the development, whilst having the ability to re-use this water for irrigation purposes. The design and placement of cart paths throughout the development is seen as a vital link between the golf course and its users.
